Well the current batch of Super Silver Haze is, to my mind, an excellent sativa heavy alternative. Really packs a good punch and has a sweet sweet taste which may appeal if you enjoy the tangy nature of the NYC. Or maybe Buddhas Sister, which always has a very distinct Orange Aroma that totally comes through in the taste when smoked. The current batch is awfully good. 80% indica so more of a relaxed body stoned than the diesel experience.

Personally speaking, Im a big Lavender fan. Have been since I first tried it a few years back. Total opposite to NYC diesel, in every way. The smell and taste are thick and spicy, as opposed to sweet, and the effect is a heavy sit-down stoned. I recommend that highly, if youll excuse the very obvious pun.

The new batch of cheese is very nice, very stoney. As is the So Gouda. In fact, most people who took the 'pepsi-challenge' of smelling Cheese/BBC/SoGouda in the shop today opted for option 3. Has a kind of chalky smell, hard to describe.Again, its one where the taste really does come through and I personally have sampled quite a lot of this over the weeks.

But, you never know whats arriving tomorrow... Certainly a new, improved, Hunters Haze this week.

Hey Hunter,

'Yes that NYCD is just 'useless' eh? Good to hear more negative vibes about it

Maybe we'll see you this evening for a vape or three.'

Gutted that I couldn't make it to Hunters other than for my 1st stop....the NYCD was great though. I asked after 'the English manager' but you were out, so my copy of the Standard stayed in the case.....the plan was to come back & drop it off, but that sadly never happened.

Nice vaporisers though....and a big shout to the budtender who didn't charge me for the coffee. If you want any publications, happy to post them over.

Cheers from London!

Budtender was a twat who lost his rag after showing us several tubs of weed, he shoved a tub right up my mates nose, what as arse, and then tried to sell him more than he asked for, it wont be my choice if we go in here again!

Although, across the street, with another semi unfriendly budtender we did try the NYC Diesel, which thanks to Stu, was everybit as nice as he had described it :-)

I strongly suspect that I know which dealer we are discussing here. And 'Yes', he is an excitable, larger than life character, who loves his job. In fact, he is one of the friendliest, most generous individuals that you could wish to meet. The gym is his biggest vice.

If I go to a coffeeshop to buy weed, my personal preference is to buy one piece rather than a set gram. If it comes in at 1.3, for example, that is fine by me if I like the look of it. Otherwise naturally I will ask for just the set gram. This is what I have been trying to instill in the dealers here. Rather than picking the buds to pieces, offer the option of buying the piece on the scale in its entirity. The idea isn't to be 'pushy' or to brow beat people into buying more than they asked for. Everybody has the choice to simply state that they just want the exact gram, thanks. No worries.

Today is the first day in a while that I have dropped by this website and I'm genuinely very disappointed to see negative feedback about our shops. Nobody likes to see that and certainly it is never our intention for people to go away with a bad taste in the mouth. However it is always unfortunate when people resort to name calling and making veiled threats ("he would have been dealt with differently in London"). Dear me.

I will be discussing the comments made here with each of our dealers personally over the next 48 hours with the aim of improving our service to you all.

Yes mate, indeed, i admire how you defend your guy. But his over aggresiveness with us was turning violent, i mean, "shoving a tub right in the face of my friend, so that it actually hit him, is something that could turn any situation sour, im just letting you know, were on holiday and dont want no trouble, but none of us are strangers to trouble, its not a threat either, its a statement :-).

We have not sold any hash called caramello in at least 3 years.

I'll speak to our 'overweight' guy about it.
