Hiya, I've been on the train from Amsterdam to Belgium before, there were customs officials that happened to show up at the worst time. My mate was passing me baggies so I could stash them in a pocket in my sleeve, but I didn't grab all of them and left one on the windowsil behind a bottle of water. If they noticed, apparently they didn't care because they just kept walking without a word.
Transport around Europe isn't a problem and most borders between two EU countries are unmanned most of the time if not always. Planes are obviously the most sketchy way to take it, but it's still possible (NOT recommending though), followed by a car full of guys. Bus I'm not sure but it's probably less safe then trains, on a train they might assume you've been checked elsewhere and not be as alert.
There's lots of things to consider, which borders you're crossing, what time of year you're doing it, time of day, how many people you're with, how old you are, how smart you look, etc. If you can play the naive tourist who's over for windmills, flowers and pre-rolls that might work. However, it's gonna be pretty obvious that isn't the case if they look at your passport and see you've flown into Schiphol.
Either way, I'd suggest stashing smaller amounts in various places. It's only if you're in real trouble that they'll search everywhere, and if they find one tiny bit they might just throw it away (or maybe give it back to you

) and let you go. Besides, you don't want just one type of hash for the rest of your holiday do you?
