a bunch of shops offer internet service, some for free.

and there are a lot of internet cafe places, the ones i used were reasonably priced. I can't recall exactly but something like $5 for an hour or somewhere in that general range. Not super cheap but far from expensive.

There is also lots of areas with wifi that you could theoretically tap into for free if so inclined

Will have ipod with over 3,400 songs, portable speakers and my trusty digital camera. As Rez mentioned he is the person in my group who will have portable 'confuser.

3,400? damn. thats the way to do it, lol.. i used to have a ton, i mean a TON of music. last i remembered i hit somewhere around 10 or 11k, mainly full discographies from all the bands i like(d)..

but then i realized.. i'll never listen to it all.. so i did a cleanup, and i'm down to like 1,500 or 2k now, and thats plenty for me

i can give you some AWESOME stuff to listen to while you trip &or are really, really stoned..

shpongle is probably some of the trippiest music for mushroom trips.. loved it.

Due to my seizures I don't do shrooms, as much as I'd like to,am not sure would be good idea. Used to do lots of psychodelics back in the 60's amd 70's, but haven't done any in a long time.

like most of these ppl said there is tons of internet access there. I kept in touch with my friends and family everyday from this internet place.. thats all they did phone and internet. It was next to my favorite coffeeshop. it was 5 Euros for one hour and I just used it when I needed it. the 5 euro lasted me most of the week. every morning I would check in with the states then send off emails and my work was done. So no wories on the internet thing. peace

sounds good, 10-15 euros should cover my internet use for the entire trip. maybe even 5.. its vacation.. im not going to want to be online that much, i'm on it every damn day for work, haha.

random question - upon my arrival, if the price is right, does any of the Dam's headshops carry glass pipes under 20 euro? i'd like to buy a piece to use while i'm there, as i really won't feel like rolling something everyyyyyy time i smoke.. as long as its glass, the cheapest will do.. or are they all expensive as they are here in the US? (cheapest pipe i found in this one store was $40)

yeah theres nice cheap glass all over town! check out some of the gift shops i find there glass pipes can be a lot cheaper and just as nice as the headshop pieces. theres a gift shop right off a dam square right where nesstrat starts 8 euros will by a nice thick glass piece.

This big 420 meet and smoke, is it primarily guys or is it a mix? I've seena bunch of videos from amsterdam smoke sessions, inside coffee shops, etc, and from what i've seen it seems like its a 80/20 mix (guys/women)..

am i wrong about this? and yes i'm referring to single females. not married ones.

Your right on...about 80/20....but this year there could be more ladies....
