21+ coffeeshops?

i was on fly by nights coffee shop menu website checkin shit out and i was looking at the De Overkant Hortus menus and noticed it said no service under 21....i thought the law was under 18. are there a lot of shops that are 21+?

Nah, it isn't a common practice for coffeeshops. 18+ normally.
