Yay happy new year

Hope you all had a fantabulous new years eve.

Here - have another special truffle, I've still got a few left from Christmas...

mmm... anyone want the recipe? - um break up and melt three bars of milk chocolate in the microwave, crumble in around 3g of some very nice hash, stir, lick the spoon, melt it a bit more (on medium, stirring and tasting frequently). Stir in a tin of condensed milk and a spoonful of vanilla essense and give another minute or two on medium.

Leave in the fridge to cool for a bit then form into little balls, roll each ball in cocoa and, if you're being fancy like us, pop into a little paper bonbon case.... we gave a couple of boxes as christmas presents with little holly leaf decorations on :P
