well i notice a bunch of people are gonna be in a-dam over valentines.
I am trying to find a very nice romantic place to take my girlfriend for a nice dinner.. my girlfriend is a vegetarian, and i love meat.. lol , so it sorta has to offer both, although if its an amazing veggie place i will try it out for her.. lol
i am just curious as to what places are perfect for a nice dinner, it can be a bit pricey, i dont mind, im gonna be in a-dam and i mine as well have some fun.
soo if anyone has any suggestions with maybe a website, or maybe a brief description of where a couple can find some fantastic restaurants.
and im not too picky on what kind of restaurant, but i guess my main choices would be .. italian, greek or maybe some traditional dutch food. i dont mind indonesian or indian either, even some thai food... lemme know where the the best are!!!! i need your help
thanks everyone
cheers

That is a Wednesday so you could have a freebie daytime date and do the free lunchtime performance at Concertgebouw.
Enjoy

Have never got round to having a nice meal out in Amsterdam, always plan to and end up at a wok and Walk!!
Have heard good things about Casa Di David (www.casadidavid.com)opposite Dutch flowers, for a nice view and good italian food, or if you've got some money to burn check out Blauw Aan De Wal in the middle of the RLD, but definitely not what you'd expect, popped in and had a look at the menu and all the food looked incredible. Thanks for the tips so far, I'm gonna be in A'dam over Valentines with the girlfriend and will definitely be looking for a nice spot, currently leaning towards Casa Di David due to the revues I've read online but I figure the best way to find somewhere is to get high and wander, its how I spend most of my life and so far so good!

Well
IT looks like a piano recital on Feb 14. It will be IN the concert hall. The acoustics are supposed to be excellent.
Enjoy

I'm in town with the girlfriend from 12th-15th Feb, and am def keen to meet up with anyone. If all goes to plan we'll be pretty busy flat hunting during the days but evenings will be all about relaxing. Fire me a PM nearer the time if you wanna meet up, same goes to anyone who's ever in town at the same time as me
