What do you mean with "dwarf plant"? An autoflowering strain or a regular strain that stays short?
Do you grow indoor or outdoor?
Plus, are you really sure you want to bring seeds back from Amsterdam when you can easily buy them legally in your country?
I mean, you can buy and bring back seeds to Italy, but if custom agents find them be prepared for a visit at you place...

Yes with the term ''dwarf I mean a plant that stays short,I need one of them 'cause I lòive with my mum,so I need something short just to hide better in the garden.
Honestly I'm a little bit scared on buying seeds online,it's legal but I prefere buying seed on the place,I just planned a trip in february...
I will grow outdoor.
If the custom agents will find them at the return, maybe I won't grow nothing...But I'll try to hide them in my luggage!

If you're planning to grow outdoor starting from say early April (which is normal in southern Italy, weather permitting) I'd suggest an autoflowering strain and a small pot (not more than 11 liters) - provided that for "dwarf plant" we're talking about a plant shorter than 80 cm/1 m.
Anyway, there's plenty of shops where to buy seeds in Amsterdam. Try for example the Paradise Seeds store (they have some very good auto strains) and ask specifically for the one the stays shorter.
Just out of curiosity, have you ever been to the seed/grow shops in your hometown? I'm quite sure there must be at least one
