First trip to the dam

Post by StonerAndy »

I'm going on my first trip to dam in a few weeks and I'm after some general advice.

Can I use tobacco in my joints in coffee shops??

And where are the best places to try, I'd call myself an experienced smoker back so want to try some of the different types and strengths of bud.

Also where is a good place to grab some papers and a grinder from for rolling up not really into buying pre rolled stuff while im there.

Try and have a little search around the forum. All your q's have been answered many, many times before.

However, because you are new, heres quick answers:

Technically no, however 99% of places dont mind if you are descreet. Search the forum for shops which totally ban tobacco and hints and tips

Waaaay to broad a question to answer I'm afriad. It all depends on what you're into and what your looking for. Everyone has their own personal opinion of where the best places are. My advice is to read the reviews of the coffeeshops on here, stick to the ones which have consistently good feedback and sound like the type of place you will enjoy. I would also consult http://www.coffeeshopmenus.org/CoffeeshopMenus.htm to see what strains each shop carries, etc. I personally love Voyagers, Anyday, Yo-yo and Utopia but I like each one for different reasons and I know others dislike some of these shops so find out for yourself... its part of the fun!

There are LOADS of places to buy all of the above. Most Coffeeshops themselves sell papers/grinders, there are headshops all over the place, tobacconists, news stands, hell even cheesy touristy shops sell most of the above. You wont struggle

And remember ... search function is your friend!

Cheers I'll have a good look around on here for what shops to avoid, regarding the total ban on tobacco in joints :)

Welcome to the forum.

What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town and any Toke & Talks that are planned.
