Looking for a coffee shop that can create a bouquet cannabis wrapped in Rizzla to give as a valentines present to my Hubby. Can anyone help me?!!!

Bouquet's usually require fresh flowers. Coffeeshops only sell dried flowers and are limited to 500 grams of those. So, no chance, no way.
Is this a windup?

Buy 10 or so g's of weed , ask Gapie to roll you 10 or so tulips
wrap a rizla round the lot , job done
