Some shops have to open after school hours ,meaning they got no choice on opening after 1800(600pm) ,and weekend and I'm not sure about how holiday doing to work but weekend be normal hours from early day to 1am or is it 3am?

Which shops are not affected? As in, where can I smoke tomorrow during the day?

Many coffeeshops aren't affected and you definitely won't struggle to find somewhere for smoke.
One of the best is voyagers and all the harlemmerstraat coffeeshops are unaffected as are many of the ones in the red light area, although these are dwindling in number.
Basically you'll find many shops open, just save some money and get yourself to utopia at 6
