So its been a long time since I've posted here about 2010 when the Volcano in Reykjavik killed my return to Amsterdam. Im looking for help with which vaporizer I should get. I've narrowed it down to two Either the Silver surfer or the Life Sabre. If anyone has an opinion on either or just a yay nay lmk. Thanks to all the people at this wonderful site.

Never used the Silver Surfer, but my Q will perform just as well as a Volcano, if not better...

Not sure why you had so many issues with the Arizer, but from the sounds of it, you got a really bad deal... Mine is just approaching it's 3rd birthday and is still in perfect working order... It's been dropped, left on for hours, pulled off many tables, hit with darts(went through a bag and bounced off the brushed aluminium), attacked by cat, mauled by third parties, flipped upside-down and shaken, and still working like new...

...I won't go into detail as to the shocking treatment the remote control has suffered, but it too is still working fine on it's original batteries...

...The only issues have been with the replacement gauze for the elbow, which tends to clog faster than most and need to be ordered from specialist stockists...

It's only my opinion, but from experience relating to the Volcano and the Arizer EQ, i'd go for the Arizer every time... Really need to try a Silver Surfer though...

...Does anyone know if any Coffeeshops have one for customer use?
