Punishment for sending or receiving a Schedule 1 Drug, regardless of origination or destination, will be many years in a federal prison, in addition to a hefty fine. Source, US Dept. of Justice. To add some spice, the USofA incarcerates more people than any other nation, North Korea not withstanding. How much is your freedom worth? If you are so determined, best you carry it back... figure that one out as well.

A question to ponder.......... In 2014, how many people will be arrested for possession at airports in Colorado/Washington or at the arrival airport?

well the dabs would be in a container of some sort obviously and i doubt anyone has ever gone to prison for mailing a small amount of weed.. note: im only receiving it, sender will put a fake (but real) return adress on it. anyone know the laws? anyone know anything besides speculation?

I read on the Internet that the Post Office has to have a warrant to open a package and look inside. To get a warrant requires "probable cause". I read there is a guy in Washington that ships worldwide without issue. I read that a small padded envelope does not require any customs declaration either. I also read that every single "package" is scanned and photographed for future use if needed. To answer the question, I have never shipped BHO to Canada and have no plans to. I am only offering what I have read on the Internet and believe it to be true.


I recommend moving to Colorado or fighting for legalization in the land you live in. That's what we did here in Colorado. Before that, I had to travel to Amsterdam to get high without fear of arrest.

thanks for the info. i figured they wouldnt be able to open the letter if they dont know what it is and i doubt a small amount of wax would set off any alarms. who cares enough to persecute someone over such a small amount. it would require a lot of effort on their part
