the thing would be the dumped/discarded used blood covered syringe I found on the pavement around the corner from my sister's house the person would be the twat who left it there ffs it was @ the junction of 2 roads both of which have primary schools on them & right near the local shops .

Rang the police & told them & that I expected them to come & get rid of it & tbf I got a call within 15 mins from an officer asking me to direct her to where it was .

I hate it when police are not drawn from the area which they are supposed to patrol.
