@kushler - I thought the batch I got in Dec from same shop looked even better
@jesscass - yes I agree - its like stepping back in time in some of the shops. Thanks for the info on the shops -I'm glad my guide showed me some of the good shops in the area. I really liked Kruidentuin -its the perfect local shop- good hash at competitive prices, plus nice tea and a decent size. I too watched lots of martial arts films when i was young (via my older cousin) and I'm finding them again now. I remember some terrible American attempts at martial arts movies like Kung Fool.
@cloudmaster - strangely enough I have seen fatal deviation! its hilariously terrible
