But sometimes you need to break a few ICmag eggheads to make a canna-omelette.

Ok, I snatched the pebble, now what? ;)
The parameters you listed are relatively solid, but nowhere near perilous, even if "slightly" ignored.

I use a grow tents with dimensions of 100x100x200cm/39x39x78"h, and 120x120x200cm/48x48x78", and my lighting systems are 400 and 600w.
Using your math, 10,000 Lumens per square foot (btw, lumens are for humans ;) ), the requirement would be 90,000 Lumens, or a 600w HPS.
This doesn't add up to your suggested 40w per square foot, which would equal 360w (9sq ft x 40). Perhaps some may deem me anal, however the math doesn't add up. (insert cheeky grin).

The RH% you suggested for clones is solid at 80%; cuttings should be started in a mini green house. I would NEVER suggest an RH% higher than 40% in a grow tent. The reasons are simple - mold, fungus, and bud rot, not to mention the negative effects on the ventilation system. A high RH% during flowering is simply begging for bud rot/noble rot. Good for wine, BAD for cannabis... ;)

As for pH, I'd recommend caution when using 5.5, a bit on the low side which could cause nutrient lock-out. The same applies when using a pH higher than 6.5; some begin lock-out below 5.6 as well. For this reason, I keep the pH around 5.9, +/- 0.1.

Optimum level for CO2 is said to be 1100-1200ppm, however any addition of CO2 is positive.

25c/77F is solid; the minimum and maximum I would recommend is 18c/64 - 30c/86F. If one decides to maintain the higher end, ensure that an adequate ventilation system is used.

When using a hydroponic based feeding system, I would suggest using extreme caution when the EC/PPM is above 1.25/2.50, definite potential for overfeeding/burning/plant death.

Thank you...here's your pebble. ;)

At the moment I'm using the Canna Nutrient Line... Coco A & B, Rooting, Enzymes, PK 13/14, and Flush, along with House and Garden's Bud XL (cheaper and just effective as Canna Boost). I had been using molasses but wasn't impressed with the results, which led me to use Bud XL.
My take on cannabis strains - they are like humans, no two are exactly alike. ;)
They share the same needs to support life - oxygen, light, water, nutrients, and protection from the elements.
Even these basic requirements are subject to varied opinions, splitting the finest of hairs, with unremarkable differences.

I've found a balance that I use on all plants, an average of all things considered when growing - specifically the items I mentioned that supports life.
The plants will show me if I'm doing good, or if I'm screwing up. The caveat being able to recognize even the most subtle hints, which I'm still working on...

20 Oily Tent Crops and counting... :D
Happy Farming...
