the reason clubs in Spain act exclusive is because there is a lot at stake. technically it is illegal to sell weed to tourists. clubs skirt around this law by using their own interpretation of what a resident actually is (since the law doesn't define this clearly). smarter clubs don't risk their entire business on customers who might buy 60eur from them once a year at best. just sayin'

As with most things in life - I expect the manner of approach is all important.
