Lovely spring weather
Have a good day
What a long strange trip it is.
Re: Outline first, details to follow
All weather is lovely here, one way or another. On slow train back from Haarlem now.

And took refuge from the rain - now brilliant evening sun - in Utopia. Citral, Silver LA, both €13, no cat yet.
Re: Outline first, details to follow
Nightcap at Katsu - Super Afghan Cream, €10 for 0.6g. Bloody lovely taste and effect.

I should be cycling to Volendam - weather bright if windy - but the bike is parked outside Bluebird at present. Water-pressed Afghan with almond-flavoured coffee. And Easter eggs. €12.50 for 0.8g.

Sounds like a good time! So was 1e Hulp's NYCD the best diesel you found?

Briefly, before it goes hazy: Nepal from 137, €8, pleasant. ---- [Moroccan] from Chapiteau, €8.50; King Mohammed from Boerejongens, same price; Warme Oortjes from D&L, €10, all unsampled.

Preliminary judgement: [forgotname] best of Moroccans. YMMV. So might mine, had I not spent the day cycling in paradise, then eating herring.
Water pressed for my taste. Pity they don't allow menu pics.
I know I should go out on the velocipede later, though laziness has its charms.

What did you think of 137? Staying close by for a week this summer, will be my local shop but never been there before. Any thoughts on the place?

Re: Outline first, details to follow
It was my New Shop this trip: I'd looked in at least once but never bought. I'd be quite happy to use it as my local, but see no reason to go out of my way to get there.
Last evening's plan was to cycle to Central & work back, but by Rembrandtplein decided sharing dark streets with increasingly erratic traffic wasn't that much fun any more. Bought 3.3g Manaly for €25 at Old Amsterdam, another never-patronised shop. I was going to say average, but it's growing on me, or is that just my last post-midnight mood? Then back to de Pijp and de Graal for Gardella, €8, fine if unmemorable, but yesterday was a long day.

Thanks for posting indeed, Smith2. It sounds like you are having a really nice time there. For me, it won't be really soon, but, I plan on doing much more bicycle & train exploring on my next Nederlands visit.
Carry on...
Will you be doing a smoke-by-smoke review after you current adventure is done? I quoted Willjay, because I just came across a strain my connection called Blue Dream. I am yet to do proper research on its effects and ethereal properties, but, initial tastings have been very nice... I am wondering how mine stacks up to Utopia's Blue Dream.Willjay wrote:thanks for posting, I am curious about blue dream

At Voyagers, enlivening some Casey Jones (€10, nice at the price) with oddbits from yesterday's Moroccans. Didn't really want more green - well, of course I did, but there are practicalities. Such a civilised way to begin the day.
There are rumours the sun will put in a brief appearance before the showers, but it hasn't quite managed to yet.
