Frontline Bar?

I've posted this already in one of the other sections, but has anyone heard of the Frontline Bar? My friend tells me they do a mean cocktail with weed in called tiki tiki, but (surprisingly) he can't remember where the place is. Any ideas anyone? I'm leaving tomorrow for Amsterdam and would really like to go there....
