Tried to reply b4 but a cat ate my post
Not been to central for over 20 years. It just always looks cramped even when empty.
That bar is called London Bridge I think. Been there, once or twice. It is somewhere to smoke I suppose. Found
It to a bit soulless.
For world cup action though a souless tourist trap might end up being the most mellow place to take in a game. Ihave found local places with footy nutters taking it all way too seriously to be too highly charged for my liking.

How much did you produce?

Large blond chunk is Betty Boop's €5 deal on Moroccan, black is Siberië's delectable Nepal, the others -- I'll get back to you...
Hotel cat I'm sure some recognise:

Chico in Rusland could barely contain his excitement at seeing me (hadn't been in shop for past few visits):

What 'local' places have you tried that allow a beer and a smoke? Always after an adventure when I'm over during the footytreetop wrote:Tried to reply b4 but a cat ate my post![]()

Amazing number of white cats in Amsterdam, aren't there?

And dogs:

Fortunately, the hash (Nepal from Siberië) is black enough:

As was this (Turkish from Paradox):

Soundgarden just over from 1ehulp is my favourite bar in which to smoke. Don't know if it is much of a footy bar though. Discovered it after the event. Don't go there to watch football anyway. Last world cup I took in games at Katsu and club media. Not being a drinker it seemed to make sense. Both occasions I left at half time due to the highly charged nature of the atmosphere. Can only conclude it would be about 100 times worse where alcohol is involved.mdhfc wrote:What 'local' places have you tried that allow a beer and a smoke? Next time I'd give 137 a try.Took in a Ajax v Barca game there and it was brilliant. Full, comfortable and the atmosphere was one of relaxed attention.
During the last world cup...
Ended up in Stones cafe. You could smoke there back then. Surprisingly mellow as most of the punters had had 'their' team knocked out already. Out on the streets it was more intense though. Footy seems to attract nutters like any other religion I guess.

Excalibur at RLD shows some sporting events. I remember watching Olympic Games at 2012 while being there. As for the footy, 137 was always the place i went to if some game was on during my stay. Gotta try soundgarden next time, since it's a nice play to chill.
Edibles on a plane is my middle fucking name

Didn't go overboard on the green this time, because there's some amazing stuff about domestically at the moment. And for all you OCD types: which is which? Citronella and Sour Kush from Utopia, Sour Diesel from de Graal?

Honey Hash from Prix d'Ami. I never get more than a couple of grams of this, and then wonder why I didn't get a couple more.

A dog in a window. Because it was there.
