Axeman solo trip feb 3rd - 5th Part I

Well here it is, my trip report. This is the fourth time ive been since July '06. its taken me a while to gather motivation to write this, but here goes.....
So the flight took 50 mins and all transfers were very swift, from leaving my house in England to actually sparking up a fatty in Amsterdam the total time was 2 hours and 45 mins. (sorry, all you americans). as i got off the plane and got into the station the train came within 10 seconds - Nice!
The weather was gorgeous - around 10-13 degrees no rain and a lot of sunshine. :happy3: After jogging through the crowds at the station i walked out in to Amsterdam. The first thjing i noticed was how few people there were about. Ok it was 9.30am, but i was on Warmostraat. (the one with sheeba, coin, hunters, Hill St Blues etc for thosee who cant remember!) On W'straat itself i saw about 6 people!! very surreal i assure you.
OK, enough of this story telling lark, and i'll get on with where i went and what got me stoned..............
First stop was Hunters, usually its Centraal C/S by tradition, but last time i visited a bought some weed and it wasnt much cop, so i gave it a miss. Bought 1g Hash Plant 9 euros and beefed the lot up in a spliff, I love the first joint in 'Dam, its just fuckin great! I love the aroma too you get when you're walking along and you catch a whiff of haze or something. The Hash plant was a couple of tight buds and packed a strong punch. nice herb again from Hunters.
Walked 60 yards to the Vijaya Hotel opposite Febo in the RLD. Dropped of my stuff and wandered outside.
Stix coffeeshop - popped in here for 5g Gunpowder (56.5e), Very nice again, and some of my old fav 3g Nepalese Temple Ball (35e). Like i keep saying this hash is one of my fav. Real spicey and a good clean high.
Bluebird - was taking a peek through "the book of Dreams" when one of the staff recommended Blue Cheese, the bags are pre-weighed in Bluebird but it doesnt bother me cos i know im gonna get some quality smoke! WOW! what an odour, i picked up 2 bags Blue Cheese - 25e for 2.6g. And 1.7g Bubblegum - 12.5e. the Cheese was pungent as jbomb said, and reeked of blueberries. Thick smoke was belowing out from my spliff at a rate of knots. The B'gum was strong as a badger. Prob a combination of the two though to be fair. the Music was awesome while i was in there, first they played Sublime, then some Instrumental beastie boys. Two of my fav bands ever. Perfect. Got a free cup of "proper" tea from the English geezer workin there too. Cheers
Grey Area - John who works there has begun to recognize me!! lol. My favourite shop!! This is where it got serious No Mean green (i had some last time tho) NO Manatsuka Tundra either!! i was beginning to think "aarrgh what is there left?"- No worries tho, john always comes up trumps, he showed me his wares. By this time i was foaming at the mouth. So i bought 10g "Old Skool" Super Silver Haze - 110 Euros, 5g C13 Haze - 60 euros. 3g Recon and 3.5g Kushage - about 70 euros i belive. I know its a lot! My reward was the shop to myself and a big Roor bong to chong out of. And free coke and coffee for the best part of an hour or so.
I left the Grey Area in a right state, i think my eyes were actually shut!! stumbled my my round the corner and mooched my way to........
Amnesia - One of their famous milkshakes was in order. I slumped into the sofa along the wall and propped my back up with a couple of cushions. Got 1g Sweet tooth - 9euros. Pretty Heavy gear is this, and i love it. Good atmosphere in here, the budtender is always good for a chin-wag (chat) i think here name is sissy or it could the other one. Ah well, i like it here.
Homegrown Fantasy - Well i loved the place last time i went. but this time there was a real moody cow serving bud. I asked her something about the Maroccan Gold they used to have and wondered if they had any more. "does it look like it!?" she snarled, i said "i guess not". i asked her what the Nepalese was like and she just said "Nice!". well "Fuck you then!" i thought to myself. Bad attitude on that woman. Shame, cos i like the place too.
The Coin - This place along with Hunters has a massive menu, the girl workin there was a bit dippy and slow, but they had some good weed so she hooked me up with just 1g of NYC Diesel. - The Price? i really havent got a clue, i cant remember.
Dampkring - i couldnt wait to get in here! Mmmm..... Rifman Hash! i picked up 2g of the Nouzha Rifman Hash - 26euros. Pure Quality thats all i can say. 2g Lavender - 18euros, this really does smell like lavender. Not so much when you smell it in the bag, but when you light up a bong or spliff you can really taste/smell the flower in there!! Couldnt resist 3g of Reclining Buddha - 8.50 per g. This is one i put in my last report and bigged it up!! Good to see it hasnt changed then!! A very Unique Taste a bit like some kind of alcoholic drink. (well thats what my mates reckon) but i dunno. Started getting free tea from the lovely female barstaff too. Cheers again.
Smoking Bull - Just popped in to see if their iso-lat-or was up to scratch. And it was! Shame they dont have a glass bong. i dont mind acrylic ones but i prefer the glass. Potent stuff i must admit. had me choking like a good-un.
Went to couple of others like Sheeba and Ricks. Didnt buy any smoke in either but like to chill in both of 'em. Hang on! i just remembered i got 1 g of Top 44. Heavy hitter again. Thats what i like
