Well I am new here on the forum, and stumbled upon this site while on a desperate search for some good smoke. I flew into bonn from Florida to visit some family for a 4 week holiday.
I have no smoke and have yet to find any in the area, though I find lots of spliff butts thrown around, I even noticed a nice plant in the neighbors yard...who is on holiday.
In a desperate search for a little smoke to hold me over during my holiday I stumbled across a site that said the Hofgarten is an area you may find something good to smoke, but after 3 visits in the past 5 days I have yet to meet anyone that could help me with my quest.
If there are any locals that could help a fellow ent I would greatly appreciate it.
My other option is to take a day trip to the Netherlands, but these new laws and regulations are a bit confusing. I used to go to Maastricht many years ago, before all the laws.
It seems now I would have to go to Arnhem to visit a coffeeshop and the maximum purchase is 5g? The cheapest train ticket is about 70euro which would make the day trip a bit expensive.
If any locals could help me with some good smoke, I would be incredibly thankful. Otherwise if someone could let me know The closest town to Bonn that I could travel by train in the Netherlands and maytbe give me a little more info on places to go would help as well.

Re: Help in Bonn, Germany
the 5g limit can sometimes lifted:@) Ask politely..
You can also bomb around the town buying 5g from every shop, if you find something good just buy another 5g on the way out.
Only been refused at dampkring. Of course this might be frowned upon but needs must..:@)
good luck finding some herb, pity the guy next door is away.

Re: Help in Bonn, Germany
in Germany for 4 weeks, take a trip to Amsterdam for a day or 2,, problem solved
Re: Help in Bonn, Germany
Yes I agree at this point taking a little trip into Netherlands for day or two will be best solution to my problem. Arnhem seems to be the closest and most cost effective city to visit by train and it seems like they have a couple good coffeeshops to choose from. Thank you much for the advice!~
Re: Help in Bonn, Germany
Arnhem is pretty fun, been there on Qlimax 2008:D Can't remember any of the coffeeshop name but i remember they came very helpful after leaving Gelredome.
