Vaporizers
So I'm saving up to buy a vaporizer. I know a de verdamper can be 280 euros and a volcano 250 I think but I'm up for the investment. Any ideas as to what vaporizers are the best?

Re: Vaporizers
Hi there
Iv had the sliver surfer vaporiser for over three years now, works brilliantly every time (around the £200 mark at the time) plus it's a beautiful piece of furniture in my eyes
For mobility I use the magic flight box, which is good too but only for one person and iv found you have to develop a knack for using it.
I'm thinking of investing in the volcano but the 'bag' thing has always put me off really.
Anyway that's my limited experience, hope it's of some help

Re: Vaporizers
I had never heard of the silver surfer or magic flight box so cheers for that! Yeah I could also get a portable one, how much are those? I know at the cannabis college, they recommend the Da Vinci vaporizers, those ones cost 170 or 250 USD depending on which one you get. What are the main features to look for in a new vaporizer anyway? I'm assuming longevity is important? Also, taste and weed carrying capacity?

Re: Vaporizers
Hi elliottcaudron
Cool links from adamster there, iv got mine purely from recommendations from sites like these and trying out friends vapes. They ain't cheap, so it's worth the research. basically I wanted something that was simple and worked every time, ie. wasn't too complicated for a simple soul such as me sen, didn't burn my shit, was flavoursome, didn't break easily, and of course delivered the head result. The ssv has beautiful blown glass parts which are strong but are of course breakable, otherwise the heavy metal casing makes it pretty bomb proof! The price tag has been reclaimed many times over in the last three years because I find I have to use much less herb than with smoking. It's also easy to clean so if I accidently burn my material I can easily get rid of the burned taste. The magic flight I find easier to 'get wrong' and burn my shit, but that's probably just me. Iv no experience of the Da Vinci but I guess those guys know what they're talking about!
Thanks for the heads up on verdamper kermit, I tried one of these bad boys at a coffee shop, think is was Baba, some years ago and don't remember much about it, so must have been good, thanks for reintroducing them to my consciousness. Which are the best coffee shops for vaporising?
One love

Re: Vaporizers
IMHO, the volcano is the best vaporizer. Of course, it is for home use - yours or someone else's.
I found the best site for valuable vaporizer info and reviews is the vape critic. He does thorough youtubes and covers what most people want to know.

enjoy ;o)

Re: Vaporizers
i had a volcano.. loved it would leave me a right mess, but i coughed my lungs up every time i used it and was putting in around a gram would get 3 bags. it always seemed reliable as heck (until i got burgled). i still did green bongs and joints. had a MFLB great at start then about 3 months in there was a drop in vapor production. i now got a solo uses hardly anything and just ruins me its my fav vape ever + ive stopped green joints & bongs (in the whats your fav portable vape thread)
i found fuck combustion.com was best for shear amounts of reviews for vapes.

Storz & Bickel, makers of the Volcano, also do a steampunk
meets Black & Decker bagless vape called Plenty, around $200 less
than the cheapest Volcano

If I wanted to spend some money for a home machine this would be it, the Herborizer. http://www.everyonedoesit.co.uk/online_ ... uctID=7678
I've tried one a couple of times at a mates and it's superb. Smooth, cool and tasty clouds of vapor

Re: Vaporizers
Hi,
it's pricey but well worth it IMO--- miniVAP. Created in Spain and a superb vape.
Best of desktop and best of portable features combined.
Search for youtube vapefeind review of it.
miniVAP has 2-3 hour battery capacity and superb flavor.
Pricey but it's a great investment
