I hadn't heard of this site before Marc looks ok but you never know unless you speak to someone who's used the service i suppose.

I was looking into the same thing with Herbalsmokeshop.com but as always i am a little wary of it being a scam

International Oddities is the same place that advertises in High Times. Looks can be deceiving. If this stuff worked at all, they couldn't sell it. Buyer beware.
