Smoker friendly hotel for tomorrow

im going to be in amsterdam tomorrow and i am looking for a smoker friendly room. tv and wifi would be nice too.up to 100€ any ideas?

old quarter (you DO NOT want room H9) and nadia hotel they dont allow smoking but balcony rooms are great and our room stank of weed no one said a thing. also theres loads here https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... 12&t=14240

First time I went to amsterdam I took a room at hôtel Nadia with balcony, and as stuart said the balcony is great realy large with chairs and nice view on the street.
