School Restricted Shops Opening Time Friday April 3rd

Could someone who's in town within the next day or 2 please find out if the shops that are restricted to 18:00 opening time during school days, are open all day on Friday April 3rd.
I have searched Google but the results are different depending on where the answers are from.
For example: http://www.gasd.org/ says holiday, http://www.schoolholidayseurope.eu/netherlands.html doesn't.
DeGraal and Utopia are the shops I'm particularly interested in.

That's why I'm asking someone to ask the coffeee shops when they're opening on Friday.
