Where is the best place in Dam to buy high quality Bongs / Rigs & more but not at ridiculous tourist mark up prices?
Stuff like Hitman, Sheldon Black etc etc...
Is there anywhere? Or is the mark up so crazy as to be not worth it?
What about just nice bowls or Titanium nails etc...?
