We will be going to camp in Zandvoort for one week, from the 20th July to the 27th or maybe until the 29th if we get a free camping-place after the 27th in Zandvoort.
We will be around 20 people, from 18 to 23 and our camping-place will be "Camping De Branding".
Of course we are going to visit Amsterdam for at least 1 or 2 days when we are there and I am already checking the whole list of shops I found here.
Anyone of you around that time? :D

Pickapocket – I’m sure you didn’t intend it that way but that joke could still be offensive in Germany.

sh@dy - Zandvoort is great, you’ll love it. Check out Yanks coffeeshop: Yanks.

yeah... it's just hilarious for Germans. Just ask Basil Fawlty.

Classic Scene…
Basil then proceeds to mention the war at every opportunity, upsetting the German guests more and more as he rapidly descends into a fit of xenophobic ranting about everything and everyone that most Germans would rather forget.

When the fed up German asks Basil to stop going on about the war, Basil kindly reminds him that they started it. “We did not start it,” protests the German. “Yes you did, you invaded Poland”, replies Basil!

We dont take this serious anymore. Of course there are still conservative people saying "we should say sorry for it", but since I was born 30 years after it I dont care about those things. I wont excuse what happened, but my generation has nothing to do with it.

About the trip:
Ofc we will do a trip-report with many pictures and so on. Most people we talked to said its great for young people because of many discos in Zandvoort itself. What I am most excited about is Amsterdam and the near by city Haarlem.

@Lemming:
Did you visit the Yanks?

Yeah, a few years ago. It's quite big with nice outside bit.

sounds good, smoking your pot outside is even greater in the summer.

Do you remember if the weed and the prices were ok?
