Hawaiians really Hawaiian?

Hi all:

I'm wondering if anyone here has actually had Hawaiian shrooms from Hawaii and is able to compare to Dam Hawaiians.

I lived in Hawaii for many years and on more than one occasion got up early with some braddas and went off to Kuoloa Ranch to pick fresh shrooms and spend the day on the north shore of Oahu.

I usually had a nice experience. There were some intense trips, but nothing as intense as some of the folks posting here have described about Hawaiians.

I know that shrooms affect everyone differently and I never ate more than five or six fresh ones at a time, but the only "visuals" I ever got was a kind of collaidesopic whirl patters in the background of everything, or through which everything was viewed. Some posters have detailed some pretty wild stuff so I can't help but be curious, are Dam Hawaiians the same thing?

One of my best experiences was snorkeling off the north shore and feeling this electrical charge everytime I went beneath the surface into that other world. There was this unusual current that day about 1 meter and a half down where the water was really cold. It was a strong current actually, and as soon as you entered it, it literally pulled you along. This, in itself was awesome enough with all of the usual coral and colorful fish about, but my friend was gesticulating above me and began wildly swimming in the other direction. I followed him and gliding along on this current from the deep was the biggest ray I've ever seen. It was wider than a man is tall and almost as long. What was really amazing about it though, was that it had these two huge fish swimming along with it that were really tall from the side, but very thin when looked at head on. They were swimming ahead of the ray and he was following in thier wake. It was like the king and his emisarries. When i looked at that ray and he looked at me, I knew he was sentient beyond what is typically imagined and I was in his world. It was a truly amazing experience.

never been to hawaii or tried the hawaiians.. but i have tried many many many different kinds of mushrooms, and NONE compare to the hawaiians i had in amsterdam....

man these things were intense.. and im no light weight. I ate 1 box, and wamm bamm thank you maam.. i was mashed for the night.


if i had the choice.. i would never do any other kinds of mushrooms again... they were by far the best!! and i have tried every kind available in amsterdam, and also many different ones available in canada.


when u get a chance to try em out in amsterdam, let me know how they compare!

That's probably why.

From memory, the box of them we bought had about 25-30 in it. Quite small, very blue/green in colour. We made brew (enough for 2 cups each) and necked it. We bought 1 box each.

So roughly 15ish in each cup of liquid then the rest about an hour later, what a rattle... yaldy!!

When I was in my messy days, I would usually do between 30-60g per night. Think they were hawaains. Cant really remeber,nice visuals.

Its much like bud, better to measure in weight, not size or amount

Aye, it did come with a weight on the box...

30 or 40g in a pack from (a very sketchy) memory.

We always necked one full box each, half then another half when the curtains start to dance, hike it up a notch. Because it's liquid it hits you fast and like a tonne of bricks
