you can smoke whereever you would like... that doesnt mean its legal or that you will be accepted by everyone passing by..

just be a bit discreet and mind your business.. dont make your business someone elses.

i find if i want to smoke one outside i just sit down beside a quite canal and enjoy myself... or goto a bench and relax etc... if your with a big group i would suggest going to a coffeeshop.. its alot more obvious if your with a group smoking 2, 3,4 joints in a row or at the same time...

so yeah its ok to smoke outside here and there.. just be cool about it

It's only illegal to smoke joints on the street where you see these signs

like cheese already said, dont do it too obviously and you will never be bothered....its like in every other country, as long as it doesnt bother anyone, no one will complain
