The same zoning laws that have threatened to put other CS's such as De Graal and Utopia out of business. These shops by city-wide ordinance, are forbidden from opening before 18:00hrs on week-days because of proximity to an elementary school or some shit like that. However, I was not aware that Mellow Yellow was also on the slated-closures list...
