Jesscass,

You're right I should have reacted better. I get what you're saying I do, sometimes I just get frustrated with the people that come on here to berate every bit of weed around, or specifically berate highly praised ones. Maybe it's cause I feel I'm more active on here sometimes on trying to review places and product, and provide an up to date report of what choice cannabis there is to smoke on (or vape or even dab on hehe) in Amsterdam - on what has now become quite an inactive forum. (of course a lot of this boils down to personal opinions and preferences, to which everyone is entitled of course)

That being said, sometimes (and wrongfully so), I take criticisms of these places I reviewed positively personally; and that's clearly stupid because it just feeds the troll, and falls right into their trap, just as they would like.

Anyway, I apologize for getting off on the wrong foot with you, here in this thread. Truth be told I respect you as a poster here as well, you offer sound advice for posters on all facets of life as I have seen, so kudos to you. I do honestly always enjoy reading what you have to say.

With regards to the alleged practice of the Stud, bribing their clients for positive publicity and reviews, that is indeed interesting and I was not aware of it. It would not surprise, however I do wonder the extent of it. The main other "list" or coffeeshop site I find, was the same one that rated Boerejongens really high as well for a "best coffeeshop of 20XX" list. Maybe said site is also garbage, who knows, although I have found both these shops offer nice indica strains, that are for the price quite exotic. Overall I think Boerejongens and Stud offer the best value for the money all things considered. Although 1e Hulp despite their absurdly soaring prices these days still has some value gems (candy kush hash, blueberry kush hash, and the ww/intensive care), and is indeed probably my favorite shop, at the end of the day.

Anyway, I suppose just a positivist sometimes in my reviews and I get irked by these "haters", because to me it's the internet equivalent of bitching about the weather on a beautiful day, or some shit like that,... but alas 'tis indeed better to rise above it, and not feed their flames.

Ein schönen Tag! :mrgreen:

Yep I can confirm Den Bosch C/Ss are not open "tourists". Fuckers.
However Eindhoven is fully ablaze with some nice establishments, and well worth a visit if you're down that way. :D
What a long strange trip it is.

@DeLeuksteNUGS16

All right then, cheers! I think there are'nt many trolls around lately though, except for that Monster dude. By the way when I mentioned my experience with Regine in Haarlem and their take on Candy Kush moroccan I was only joking about going there instead of 1eHulp(which I found obvious), a shop I don't find that special(as said especially their marketing game), but each to their own in the end.
You're right there isn't much traffic around here in the last years, also discussed in several threads at the ACD section here. In my humble opinion has lots to do with social media went through the roof and stuff. Myself and hopefully others will still stick to this site though. Nuff said.

@spidergawd

Nice one, glad you enjoyed your trip to both cities and this exhibition. Just curious about what particular places you visited and your opinion on them. Always appreciate other positions on familiar places, apart from that planning on attacking Eindhoven again in a couple of weeks, too :mrgreen: !

Thanks Jess, yes I had very nice flying visit, only got to two shops though. Pink was close by my hotel and I quite liked it, got some OG Kush which was a bit mediocre if I'm honest, but like I say I liked the shop so spent an hour or so hanging out, a very friendly place with a nice vibe I thought. :D.
My other visit was to de Bakkerij. Buy and fly but plenty of outdoor seating and a great little bar attached, got the the Amnezia and some Critical Mass both of which were excellent. The amnezia was great as i was getting tired (I'm not so spry as I used to be in my biking days) and needed re-energizing and it did that from the first hit, very tasty too, I spent some time here as well and had a couple of beers with the herb. The CM likewise was a straight off blast although I saved that for bedtime. Absolute wipeout. :| :mrgreen:
Popped back round in the morning to get a G of the Amnezia to propel me round Den Bosch for the day, and it worked a treat.
What a long strange trip it is.
