Thought I would share a positive recent experience.

Purchased some seeds from Herbies recently that turned out to be "non collectible", sent them an email and got a response very quickly to say I could have my money back or have replacements with free postage.

No quibble and replacement seeds received via next day special delivery.

One very satisfied and happy customer!
