open early shop

I want to contribute to the information pool, but, unfortunately, I didn'y realize there was a forum here until almost a year after my trip and can't remember names too well. 
Oh well, I want to mention this one place I encountered twice -once when I first arrived, and then again as I waited between flights. The special thing about this place is that it appears to be the only place close to central station that is open very early.
I first arrived at about 6:00AM and began to wander around the city a bit as it was too soon to check into the hotel. Not wanting to wait, I hoped to find an open coffee shop. No luck. They were all closed. Except this one place. I keep thinking the name is something like Da Kool or Krool -its not de Kuil 420. Anyway it's right off from central station to the right of Greenhouse Effect about a block or two on a side street. Does anyone know the place I'm talkning about?
It's run by a Moroccan guy and his father/brothers. Not a particularly remarkable place, but hey, it's open! The budtender was nice enough (son), however, the father bustles about with complete disregard for his effect on customers (shouting across the room, moving items about, always seems to have something important to do that is noisy). Also, there is some store room or something in the basement that is accessed by a trap door. This door was open and exists right where you walk when you enter the place, so be careful or you'll tumble. There is a hang out room upstairs that is mellow -dad managed to stay away for while. I didn't find the buds very good smelling or tasting, but they were effective. The super silver haze I got was some of the best on my trip. I didn't, however, go to many of the more famous places for comparison like Grey Area, or Homegrown Fantasy as they were always so packed whenever I arrived.
I'm returning this June, so I'll update the name when I get there or get back. Maybe somebody else knows this place. It's useful to know where to go if you get in early and want a smoke.
