What's the best Wi-Fi spot in town?

Post by OneHighMofo »

I may have to do some work during my trip next week - that means needing a decent internet connection with which to connect to the office VPN etc.

Does anyone have any good experiences with Wi-Fi spots? Free or paid - I'm not fussy. Reliability and speed are key factors.
Obviously - if it's a Coffeeshop, that's a MASSIVE bonus :)

Thanks in advance for any insights or any experiences at all.

420 cafe. I watched many tennis and other matches at the big table using their wi-fi and it always worked spot on(at least from 2010 to 2016). Utopia's wi-fi also works but it's much worse quality-wise than 420 cafe.
Edibles on a plane is my middle fucking name

Cheers dude - very much appreciated. That will be my fail-safe option.

Remember the sodding school law. Siberië is probably your best bet in the centre, apart from the shops on Harlemmerstraat.

If you're in de Pijp, Katsu would be my choice. Though I've only used my phone for basic things, never tried connecting to a VPN anywhere. Same applies to Ie Hulp, which again offers plenty of space.
