Back again! 30/11 - 4/12

Hi guys! Been awhile since I've been on the forums and in Amsterdam but back again for what must be my 15th or so time.

Will be joined by the Mrs for her first trip to Mokum, she's not a smoker so we will be doing a lot of touristy things rather than my usual coffeeshop crawling of recent years.

I plan to write a trip report and maybe do a bit of live reporting too. If i get the chance I'll try to attend a t&t if any are on and hopefully get a chance to share a j with Stan.

Only 17 days to go...

Have a great time. AMS is a great city for culture, museums, arts, and creativity, so it always offers a balanced trip for me. That balance between smoke and culture is why AMS is our #1 European city.

Like you, my wife doesn't smoke much either. But we have such great times in AMS due to that near magical balance.

I'm already looking forward to your trip report.

We'll try to organise a meetup closer to the time Stan, we're still planning what things to do and on what day. Anything you'd like brought over from Scotland?

LLMReb, we've booked to do the lights festival through the canals, Haarlem one day, a few museums and dinner at De Kas. Oh yeah and see a film on one of the love seats at the Tuschinski cinema. We both love architecture and art so really can't wait to get going!

Plan to take plenty pictures and as I said the trip report with some live reporting thrown in hopefully.

I was in voyagers at that time enjoying my view for a FILMING outside the shop
I stayed there for a bit for the filming

We saw that too sitting in Batavia!!

We have a dinner reservation at 1915 at De Kas. Heading back into the centrum after that. Will give you a shout after the meal.
