Paradox usually has some decent Afghan though I haven't tried it for a while.

Go to place for Asian hash in general: bluebird!
Not big Afghan fans as we often find effects to be underwhelming and as it seems reallyIhard to get clean good stuff anymore,abut the bird always look to have at least one afghan that judging by the price and the general (in our opinions very high) quality and good value on their imports should be good.
Katsu also used to be a go to place for a great selection of imports that differentiated itself from most in the center both in terms of the often quite exotic varieties and good value, but we did experience some let downs this summer there. Others have reported similar experiences while again others have reported no problems, go figure... Would still recommend for the selection of imports, but bluebird is IOHO a much safer bet!

@rainerskill
Tried a lot of asian hashish(Nepal, India, Afghanistan and so on)over the years myself but even though high quality every now and then too often they didn't do much for me effectwise and personally don't consume for taste so fuck that.
So indeed agree with CopenhagenCouple as moroccan hashish is delivering a lot more for your buck than this one ; know a couple of oldschoolers still praising it but to me they seem to be stuck in the past a bit(thirty years back)when this type of resin ruled the market but again to me moroccan hashish left it behind already.
Also steep prices(remember some average Afghan for 20€/g at Katsu like six years back)don't necessarily reflect quality but quantity available in Europe. Of course each to their own though
.
Even had a few ok enough samples last year both in Arnhem(coffeeshop Thc) and Groningen(coffeeshop Taverne Oasis) but we're talking about Amsterdam right?
So if you want to try the latest offer I suggest going to Original Dampkring as on one hand Marok21, who in fact shares the same point of view regarding this, reported good things about a certain Afghan offer and on the other can tell you I took a look at this Khan Kahar(15€/g) and moroccan Mushina on my last trip. Even though it looked reasonable I went for the nice moroccan one
. Anyway, here's his post:
