I cant provide names and addresses because there are head shops all over. All have pretty much the same stuff, and you will have no problem whatsoever finding what you need.

it would be quicker to list the streets in Amsterdam that don't sell these pipes. They're everywhere!

On Nieuwendijk on the same side of the street as Lost in Amsterdam, just a little further down (eastward) is a "tobacco/gift/souvenir shop" that has the Amsterdam crest with a navy blue background on the sign.

In there is where I've found the best prices for cheap little pipes as the ones pictured above (as someone from the US, I'm well versed is such pipes fwiw), I always stop by here to pick up an on the go pipe for my travels, when the occasion calls for such luggage items.
