Tips - making your own cover?

After travling several times to Eindhoven, we saw that most of the shops their have their own tips with their covers on it. Means, The Pink has written on the tips "Pink - Gets you everywhere" and so on.

Now my girl and me would like to know if there`s a shop on the internet where you can make your own covers for tips.
