Best pub/medium concert venues/pubs in the Dam

Hi everybody!
I'm going to the Dam very soon and I'm wondering if any of you have any recommandations in regard to concert venues? By venues, I mean pubs, places etc. that usually hold concerts. Are there any places that have a particular good reputation for good live music?
