in the dam 03/05 stayin at vilegenbos

what are the c/s like in the noord? as this is first time at this campsite i could do with infomation? where to:- score,eat.etc go,dont go ANYBODY

i know its a bit soon before mi trip anyone...

According to Google Earth, your campsite is located North of the main smoking section of Ams. Not sure how you cross the river, but I cant see it taking too long to get there. Try Central, its near Central Station. Not sure about shops in that specific area though. I am sure that someone else on here can help more than I have, or havent.

I'm not sure where your campsite is, but if you take the free ferry behind Centraal Station, you can hit Landsmeer. I have biked through there, but never visited any shops. Maybe this is close to you:

I've camped at Vliegenbos. There is a good bus service from outside the site, through the IJ tunnel to Centraal Station. The closest coffeeshop in Amsterdam-Noord is 't Ooievaartje.
