I had mine mid-morning  .

I picked up an old copy of Soft Secrets the other day and they said this:

"...(Tweede Kamer) is one of the very few shops in Amsterdam where a pre-roll is not only smokeable but very high quality."

Dampkring/Tweede Kamer = same owner, menu.

i would say the only decent pre rolls i have ever had have been hash pre rolls.

although i have only tried the hash pre rolls from twede kamer, and amnesia when they were NOT owned by barneys..

and this may be a bit off topic but ah well, but why the hell did amnesia start using barneys menu? im assuming barneys bought out amnesia.. its truly a shame, as amnesia was one of my fav places until this year when i went and noticed the same menu as barneys... a well i guess ya win some and ya lose some

Can't say i'd ever buy a pre-rolled, half of the pleasure is in the look of the bud, the smell and the crystally nugs just begging to be rolled into a nice sticky number just the way you like em.

Damn Right, i never buy pre-rolled either. Whats the point? If you cant make your own, then learn to!!! you need a packet of Rizlas and a cigarette. If it dont work first time, then empty it out get another rizla and try again. if it doesnt work this time then triy it again and again. Thats what i did when i was 14. it took me 20 mins to master it. NO EXCUSES.

You're all missing the point (apart from Dr G) with your kneejerk all-prerolls-are-bad reaction - Dutch people are very thrifty, and certainly not stupid: if a lot of them are buying them, they must be good. I've been to Dam over 15 times, and can roll my own in my sleep, and I still think they are better value for money than just about any other pot product available.
