Haarlem Food??

Halo, we are staying in Haarlem for 3 days, end of May, and are looking for suggestions of where to eat. Who has good lunches? Dinners? Which coffeeshops have best snacks, and hot chocloate.

And most important, any cafes in Haarlem have an appeltaart as good as Winkel ?
