Most coffeeshops do sell pre-rolled joints.
You'll find a greater variety of loose product though.

I couldn't roll a J to save the world and I wasn't all that hip to the use of those cones when i went to the 'Dam, although i did buy some, but my approach to your situation was, rather than buy pre-rolls all the time, i would just ask someone in the coffeeshop to roll me a joint. Whether it be a customer smokin' up or the dealer- if it's a quiet shop/day..never a problem, no-one said no and everyone that i asked was happy to roll me up one. It's also a good way to strike up a conversation.

you can get them at most headshops...should have no problem finding one in the dam.....the manafacturers of those cone things also make a magic joint making box for the cones to fit into...close the lid, tip it upside-down ad hey presto youve got 3 joints.
