Well done lads. Good communication, a very fair price including return shipping, and a new box.
They replaced a dodgy power lead (internal problem), one malfunctioning switch, another switch as preventative maintenance, and sent it back good as new, $60 US.
I'll test drive it later tonight with some Wappa which has been curing in the jar 2 plus years.
