Don't know for sure Ron, but I think the fines go 300, 600, 1200 and yer 4th offence gets ya closed, though they're lookin to increase them so the first fines hurts a lot more....bastids!.

If the govt. puts more inspectors on the payroll, as per our conversation a while back, they can just pop in, take a reading, and it's all over but the crying. As a business owner, this is too easy of a fix - no tobaccy. If ya don't like it, let me show you the door on the way out. Too simple. And as far as loosing customers, they will be back once their other place(s) get shut down. Only a matter of time...
