Good blog mate - Whetting my appetite now for our trip - Leaving early doors on Sunday morning - Should be in Ameterdam by 10am on Sunday morning!

I'm going with my girlfriend - who isn't a smoker - This wasn't a problem on our other trips, as she could grab a beer or two as i puffed away - But this is apparently not too easy to come by now (as of April 1st)

Have you any other tips on good places that have the facilities (like Ricks) of selling Beer and smoke? (any recommendations gratefully appreciated!)

i was lucky enough to last visit in feb just before the law change, not that our group drink lots when we're smoking. so im only going by what ive read.

but there are still many many smoker friendly places all over the city. best bet is to grab a bag in your favourite CS then hit up a smoker friendly bar. for example, buy some blueberry from de kuil (quick hit on the volcano), then pop next door so your mrs's can have a brew.

theres are thread somewhere on this site about friendly bars. check it!
have a good time anyways bud!

Thanks.... hope you enjoyed reading it.....

Compared to a lot of the reports i read on here it is of the shorter variety, the biggest problem I find once I arrive, is the fact I cant remember where i have been or where i am going!!

Many ppl put weights and prices and names of all they have smoked and come across, names of shops etc...

As you can see, I didnt really do this as I HAVE NO BLOODY IDEA WHERE I WAS AT ANY POINT DURING MY TRIP, Many could say that I was OBLIVIOUS FROM REALITY....

Some call it the happy haze, I know it purely as..... "THE DAM EFFECT"!

Peace to all, until the next trip.....

Wurz...
