Great to hear these recent positive accounts, definately penning this one in on our upcoming trip. Our hotel (which I'm hoping is gonna be available) is directly between this and Grey Area, I'm very interested in their Crystals :)

Cool place!
Been there in August, sat on the terrace, smoked their Cheese.
Good smoke, really had a cheesey flavour.

This has to be my all time favourite coffee shop... It would be quite embarrassing to add up the amount of time I have wiled away in this beautiful place over the last 17 years. I just love sitting in the window seat, watching the world go by, and smiling at the fact their is a police staion on the other side of the road... Always one of my first stops to pick up some of their lush ice hash and awesome bud. LOVE their outdoor selection as I am a big outdoor fan!!! The toilet is great and I can remember peeing in the bowl for the first time and thinking the bright green nender hash I had just brought and smoked had turned my piss luminous...

Devastated to hear it is to shut next march, for good. This place has been such a major part of my regular visits that it just isn't going to be the same without it.

Shame it's shutting down, I enjoyed the place, and their Genie of the Lamp.

It IS open, due to shut in March 2009. Yes that is when the lease runs out, the owner of the building no longer wants a c/s in his premises.

I had my last dance with Homegrown Fantasy this past October and I will really miss this shop. The staff were friendly and the warez were great. This time around I had some Amazing Haze (not quite as good as the batch from 2007 but still great) and a taste of their Genie of the Lamp which together sent me into a great buzz watching locals and tourists alike make their way in and out of the shop for an hour or so. Plenty of rainy days and summer nights out on the sidewalk will be how I remember this shop.
