Had three nice visits to this shop 15th 16th 17th Dec. Cool guy selling the grams ya you know him guy with the metal nose implant. (No offence intended)
Really happy bunny got some nice Cheese, Haze, Northern lights €10. Dutch ice at €20 that’s a bargain. I’m still looking forward to trying the lemon skunk.
Went around the corner to check out their seeds decided that what i needed was a grinder plastic disposable €5.(Either donate or dump when leaving).
Mentioned to the guy behind the counter had some nice smokes in the coffee shop the guy gave me a spare grinder as a free bee? Nice one.
I know what am I getting excited about a free €5 grinder.
Let’s hope he has an alternative at hand, After March.
Someone get in there and take lots of photos. Pm Let I know.

My first coffeeshop
I was a coffeeshop virgin in 2003, and HGF was my first coffeeshop experience.
I remember studying maps and reviews feverishly prior to my arrival. If ACD existed then, I was unaware of it. It would have been very useful.
I recall selecting HGF because there was a grow shop next door. My time in the Dam was limited to 18 hours (yes, hours, I know, pitiful) so I wanted to make every minute count. I was traveling with my (now ex) wife. Immediately after checking into our hotel, we went to HGF.
It only took a menu to impress me coming from a land where everything weed related is so under cover. You sell in OVER THE COUNTER, and prices with samples are on a MENU!! Mekka!
The weed was phenomenal, and the staff was super friendly. I found the place quite cozy and comfortable, but the ex got claustrophobic and we had to leave.
I remember walking just a couple of blocks and then I turned a corner and found a friggin CIRCUS going strong right there in the middle of the square! I asked someone what was going on and they told me there's always a circus in front of the Queen's castle.
What a city, I was hooked.
Will always have very fond memories of Home Grown Fantasy!

HGF
Went in Homegrown Fantasy on our walk from Leidesplein to the station on our way home
....... But what a stop 2 unwind and reflect on how great and stoned our latest trip to the greatest city of earth. My friends had a nice selection of weeds left over from out numerous visits to coffeeshops all over town, had some LA Con, Super Lemon, Blue Cheese, Amnesia, and Trainwreck... so we smoked most of that in no time and was time to try the Menu at HGF, and of course the Cheese jjumped out at me!! 10E for 0.8g, so that was added to what we had left over and a massive 2.5g l skin was built up and must have had about 5 different weeds in it.... i c the guy from behind the bar look over with a great big smile when he see the size of the joint, made it feel welcoming also Barak took his oath as US President, was a great stoned moment and all thanks to HGF. Still had an hour left and 5E to spare... and HGF does 5E deals, 0.7 of powerplant and 45 minutes later HGF had give us the perfect send off... now time to get back to London and hunt for that non spray shit!!!! Will miss HGF when it closes down, some1 has 2 save it or relocate it... come on people we can do diss!!!!!
Sampled some of the durban poison and the trainwreck here on my last venture, the durban is really fresh and sweet smelling and gives you a really nice clear high. The trainwreck is a fuckin beast - absolutely stinks of deep rich skunk the smoke is absolutely narcotic and is very dense and you quite simply melt into whatever you're sitting on.
This shop is awesome!

Excuse me while I light my Spliff.....
Such a shame that HGF is going to close down. Without doubt one of my favourites and one of the coffeeshops that I have spent the most time over the past few years. Tried the OG Kush x Haze, Power Plant and Trainwreck last time. The Pwoer Plant was a decent enough smoke - nothing special though really. The OG Kush stuff was very nice and certainly packed a good punch - made for an interesting tram ride back from Zeeburg campsite where we had been visiting our friends' at their mobile home. The Trainwreck was really excellent and a superb bedtime smoke - set me up just perfectly for a good night's sleep.

can't remember where i heard it but i'm fairly sure its the end of this month. for some reason i never made it there last month and i'm gutted that i never got to say farewell to centrums finest(imo). hgf was the venue for my only whiteout in the dam. asked for a bag of cheese but they had none, so the budman recommended the sour cream. rolled one almost pure, smoked it, then took a right out the door for a walk up the nz. didn't get far before my head turned inside out. 2pm on a sunny june afternoon. thank fuck i didn't spew. man o man, what a buzz. so long hgf, thanx for the ride.
