If I was to visit a shop with 2 friends (3 people total), would the dealer be able to slice 15g of in a chunk and sell it to the 3 of us?

I went to a WW in Haarlem and loved the Temple Ball So much I want a half ounce block for myself

In my opinion it should be ok, I mean, 3 people, 5g each is 15g. Just curious if there are any laws/rules about this.

Note: I am not bothered about the legalities after I have left the shop, but dont want to cause hassle for a shop

Cool, my thoughts indeed. Main reason I thought of asking is because I would hate for a coffeeshop to close because of me. I wouldnt be able to come back to this forum! Imagine the abuse. Lol

I have a similar question to ask.

Does the 5 gram limit apply for the whole day or just for each transaction? For example, is it possible to buy 5 grams of cannabis, leave the shop and then come back a few minutes later to purchase another 5 grams?

My understanding is that the 5g law applies to the total amount an individual may own a any given time, meaning that you could buy 5g in the morning, smoke it all during the day and buy another 5g once its all gone that night.

as for the 15g block of hash, my understanding is that would not be ok because one person would have to carry all 15g, however if it were cut into 3 5g blocks then that would be no problem.

The 15g block can get ya busted, but sure looks purtier than 3 5g blocks.

As I understand it the rule for personal possession is 30g, but the maximum a shop can sell to any individual is 5g. Your 15g order will have to be in 3 separate pieces. I know some of the coffee shops I go to have computers that prevent any orders over 5g so you have to make multiple 5g orders if you have multiple people and are getting more. As for the 5g/day limit that is indeed what the law says; however, this is only strictly enforced in Maastricht where they have the new digital ID/fingerprint system.

Hmm, I want 15g of Temple Ball How much does a typical tempel ball weigh? Can I get that many people to Amsterdam?

its possible of course, you can do what you want in that respect, but if the police were to stop you for whatever reason ( such as smokin in public or whatever with ya mates who are under 18) and you have more than 5 grams they prob wont be too happy.

yeh can do that all day bud,but you,ll not get 15gm at 1 shop(per person),but as said can go2 10 c/s & buy 5g in each=50grms,but if the police happen 2 stop u then u gotta bit of explaining 2do "FIRST TIME HERE OFFICER NEVER REALISED,SORRY",usually suffices .......................................peace................................

i find if your not a heat score, and not smoking in public or whatver, there is no reason to search u...

if you want to smoke in public, bring ur stash back to ur hotel/apartment and drop it off.. just bring out what u will need to smoke and maybe a little extra.

if you end up getting ur 15 g's whatever way u decide, just bring it straight back to ur place.. no one would even know the difference.

and good choice on what hash u want 15g;s of... that shit is very lovely.... i just got a half o of it in canada.. i was very skeptical of how real it is, but after smoking it and looking at it some more, i am sure its the real deal!... expensive but worth it!
