Worst coffee shop in Amsterdam. The bud tender and the staff were all dicks.

That's an opinion 'cause I think that as far as staff this is one of the best shop in town

I agree, the staff in Amnesia are really, really nice and friendly. They've never been rude to me in any of my dozens of visits. Sometimes they give me free drinks - why I don't know but it's the only CS that's ever done so.

I tend to buy my weed in Grey Area (where the guys are also very nice) and walk round to Amnesia to enjoy smoking it.

Have had rudeness in others shops, but NEVER Amnesia. (And it's not nice to call someone a "dick" )

As dreadlock boy says he left straight away, clearly he didn't give himself chance to see how lovely the staff are.

I haven't found the staff here to be pushy or rude; on the contrary, they seem polite, professional and friendly in my experience.
Popped in here today mainly to enjoy herbs purchased elsewhere, but my friend did buy a gram of the Utopia Haze - I was disappointed; nothing spectacular or particularly memorable about the smoke or its effects.

This shop has gone down hill alot with the Barneys influence. Quaze was still nice.

We were in 28-30 Jan 2012. I was the only one of my group to buy anything from here because I'm a sucker for the LSD! I got 2g's lsd which was v nice, smelt cheesy/nutty, and tasted equally as good, really nice stone, but not AS nice as the LSD we used to get here (uk). I also got a g of critical kush which was awful, and 1g of Malana creme which was really nice (but not as nice as the Nepal from Voyagers which was cheaper as well!). Last but not least 1g of Pineapple chunk which was actually pretty darned nice, cheesy but with that 2ndary pineapple taste!

Still ok shop, super jammed, lacking something it had in past cant put finger on it..

Smoked some vanilla kush, nothing special, not liking the aftertaste of vanilla anymore

Nice medium sized shop with alot of food and drinks for sale. The milk shakes are really good here and highly reccomended. They also have good smoke in my experiences.

G-13/Amnesia cross: Heavy haze and lime smell and taste. A great Haze strain and example. Smoked smooth and had strong effects. 9/10.

This is also a favorite shop of mine. it can get busy but if you don't like crowds go before 5:00pm and it will be less crowded. Sample their big food/drink menu and great weed.

Have only been in once at night and I was too stoned to remember how many people were in. Probably a lot.

Mostly I go in the afternoon or even lunchtime or earlier. It is an 'airy' coffeeshop without being too bright in the daytime. Kinda cool. If you get the chance to grab the seats outside on a sunny warm day it is lovely spot to sit and chill.

The weed I've always found to be top notch. Of course it is a little expensive but it is a nice place so I don't mind.

Stopped here 4 days ago to buy some of their beautifull hashes I rembered. but they were all disappointing. caramello azila and all other top hashes were old and hard, so I opted for the shandrella their new hash for 13E/g. Igt was really a nice one, soft and tasty it was really a fresh and smooth hash 8.5/10, it did the work well !!!

Sat outside and ordered a coffee. had a little chat with female staff member with the glasses about our trip n watched the world go by. great location will be back due to friendly staff n location

Very nice staff (two spanish girls, italian dude, dutch guy all very helpful), nice tosties and limonana, Barney's weed now since the takeover (liked the LSD and Pineapple Chunk a lot though), awesome location next to the herengracht to smoke outdoors, cool tunes, and kind of a "trendy pub" vibe... thumbs up from us!
